Commercial Tiles

Commercial projects are decided on numbers: slip rating, wear, lead time, repeat availability and price per square metre across the whole schedule. This collection groups the tiles we supply most often to Sydney hospitality, retail, aged care and multi-residential builds.

Everything here is rated P4 or P5, which covers most wet and high-traffic commercial floor conditions. Where a project needs volume, staged delivery or a matched replacement run, our trade team handles it directly.

Specifying for slip and wear

Entries, kitchens, bathrooms and external paths are the areas that get audited hardest. P4 suits most internal wet areas and commercial circulation; P5 is used where floors are wet continuously. Always check the requirement against the project's own specification and the relevant standard with your consultant.

Volume, lead time and staged delivery

Large runs can be reserved and released in stages to match the program, which keeps site storage sensible on tight Sydney sites. Tell us the quantity and the dates when you request pricing.

Trade and wholesale pricing

Builders, developers, tilers and fitout contractors buy on trade terms rather than retail pricing. Request wholesale pricing with your quantities and we will price the schedule.

Common questions

What slip rating is required for commercial floors?
It depends on the area and the project specification. P4 is commonly used for internal wet areas and commercial circulation, and P5 where surfaces stay wet. Confirm the requirement with your project consultant against the current standard.
Can you supply large commercial quantities?
Yes. Send the schedule, quantities and program dates through the wholesale enquiry form and we will price and plan the delivery staging.
