When you send an enquiry or an order request we collect your name, email address, phone number, company where given, delivery or pick-up details and the project information you choose to include.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare pricing, arrange delivery and keep a record of the order. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Information is shared only where needed to fulfil your order — for example with freight carriers — and with the service providers that host this website and send our email notifications.

This site stores your shopping cart in your browser so it is still there when you return. We use basic traffic measurement to understand how the site is used; it does not identify you personally.
