In-stock tiles are dispatched within 2–5 business days of an order being confirmed. Made-to-order and custom runs are quoted individually with their own lead time — see custom made-to-order tiles.

Orders are delivered on pallets across Greater Sydney, regional NSW and Australia-wide. Freight is quoted per order based on the destination, weight and access, and confirmed with you before the order proceeds.

Palletised deliveries generally arrive by truck with a kerbside drop. Let us know about narrow access, stairs or restricted hours when you send your order request so we can arrange suitable freight.

Large or multi-stage projects can be held and released against the build programme. Discuss quantities and timing through wholesale and project pricing or contact our team.

Tiles are supplied in full boxes and charged per square metre. We recommend allowing an extra 10% for cuts and wastage — the tile quantity guide explains how to work this out.
