Terms of supply.

Submitting a cart sends us an order request, not a completed purchase. We confirm stock, freight and the final total with you in writing before any order is processed.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars per square metre and may change without notice. Trade, project and volume pricing is quoted separately through wholesale pricing. Freight is additional unless stated in your quote.

Tiles are supplied in full boxes, so quantities are rounded up to the next full box. Stock figures shown on the site are indicative and confirmed at the time of order.

Dispatch and freight are described on our delivery page. Lead times are estimates and can be affected by freight and production schedules.

Colour, veining and texture vary naturally and between production batches, and screen images are indicative. Order samples before committing to a selection.

Returns, damage and faults are handled as set out on our returns page. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
